Diabetes Awareness & Prevention
DATE CHANGE: Wednesday, February 22, 2-3pm
Simple lifestyle changes can lower the risks of diabetes and other chronic diseases. If you have a diagnosis of prediabetes or Type 2 diabetes, Ozie Williams, RD, RN, CDE from Dutchess County Department of Health will explain how you can manage your condition through healthy eating and physical activity.
